Rob was amazing!! She identified the issue I was having with my glasses (purchased elsewhere) and found a solution for me so that I was able to have new glasses by the very next day.

They let me in an eye examination on the spot. Thanks to Dr. Keith, I had a required treatment swiftly. He did it closely and accurately. I can’t thank them enough.

Chris always goes the extra mile. Has the latest equipment to make you feel that you are in good hands & with the correct knowledge they have, you get the right diagnosis. Rob is always there to help with the glasses - honest opinion helps a lot. Never any trouble for a clean & tighten.

The service, education, support, persistence and care by Chris and all the staff at both Australia Fair and Runaway Bay have exceeded my expectations. I have mostly gone to chain store optometrists since having to start wearing glasses but I had a friend recommend Chris and I cannot express how impressed and grateful I am with his service and care. He was so thorough, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I have never felt so cared for in a consultation for my eyes, it was a big lesson learned for me in the importance of making sure I am taking the best care of my eyes as I can! Elite eyecare has been my choice for eye care for over 20 years. The current floor staff are so welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Choosing spectacles is not always easy. Tom, my Optometrist, is exceptional. He doesn't miss a thing when it comes to looking after my eyes. Chris and the staff are absolutely wonderful. The level of professionalism and their personal touch is always appreciated. As someone with an unusual and rare eye disease and a couple of the normal age related issues I find Chris to be thorough with both my eye health and my overall health. He always takes the time to find out what's going on in my life and gives me the best possible care and advice. The staff assisting him are also wonderful. The help and advice on choosing glasses to suit my colouring and face shape was very much appreciated. My family and friends all commented on the choice of sunglasses and everyday glasses that Rob helped me to choose. 🙂 I always appreciate John and his assistance in fitting my glasses and his efforts in dealing with all my glasses issues. 🙂 I would highly recommend Chris and the team to anyone that needs optical care knowing they will be looked after very well.

Wow! Craig was a lifesaver for me on a recent trip to the Gold coast when I needed new glasses ASAP! He was very helpful with answering my questions on the phone and provided THE BEST service in store to make sure I found a new pair of glasses that met my requirements. As they have some lenses in stock and Craig is able to cut them himself I was lucky enough to have a great new pair in 45 mins. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks again for saving the day 😀

The best and most thorough optometrist I have ever been to! Everyone was so professional and helpful. They made the whole process easy and a pleasure. They have an excellent selection of quality frames to choose from :)
